That address reaches the person who runs this site. It is not a ticketing system and there is no one else behind it, so replies can take a few days. Everything sent there is read.
Things worth writing in about
- The tool got your image wrong. If the cleaned area looks patchy, or the box does not line up with the watermark, tell us the image's pixel dimensions and which watermark profile and settings you used. A description is usually enough — please do not send the image itself unless it is something you are happy to share.
- Something on the page is broken. Tell us what you clicked, what you expected, and what happened instead, plus your browser and whether you were on a phone or a computer.
- A mistake in the writing. If a sentence on this site describes the tool inaccurately, that is a bug too and we would like to fix it.
- Privacy questions. See the privacy policy first — it may already answer it.
Things we cannot help with
- We cannot recover your file. Your images are never uploaded here, so there is nothing on our side to look up, restore or send back. If a download failed, the file is either in your browser's downloads folder or it never left your device.
- We cannot remove SynthID. The tool takes off the visible watermark only.
- We are not Google. This site is not affiliated with Google, and we cannot help with Gemini accounts, image generation, or Google's own services.
One practical note: the tool works entirely in your browser, so we cannot reproduce your result
on our side. The details you include in the email — image size, profile, settings, browser
— are what let us work out what went wrong.
